  • Please check the size chart before placing an order, as returns for size or color concerns are not accepted.

  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory to process any return or replacement request.

4. Timeframe for Requests

  • All return or replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Once we receive your request, our team will review it and confirm whether it qualifies for a return or replacement.

  • Approved return or replacement will be done within 5-7 business days after verification.

9. Processing of Refunds

Refund Method: If your return is approved, your refund amount will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
